Painstakingly and much breakage, sweat, tears, cusses well you get the picture its done except for a missing panel in the rear, that i broke a few minutes ago while assembling this unit its like you get one side in and the other pops out and you just cant force 1/8" plywood especially when you cut 75% of the strength out of it So there you have it enjoy.post-22084-0-38869800-1425332882_thumb.jpg

Beautiful Hans, as usual, but a great shame that the back snapped. Knowing you it will be fixed no doubt. I'll bet the language was choice when it broke.    .

Rob Roy.

Were cutting it this evening it broke right at the rings so there was no fixing it.

Very very beautiful.  It does look delicate...

Yes the bars are 1/8 plywood x 1/8 wide so there really is no strength Paul and then I have to deal with a lot of voids in the plywood as well.

What a bummer Hans, I take it you can't get decent plywood in Mexico???. So, you''ll have to do the back all over again. Better luck this time.

Rob Roy.

No its only 1 panel mind you it doesn't matter 1 or 6 I just stack them anyway but it takes about 4 hours to cut a panel.

 Sorry

That is to show 'everyone' that it happens to the best.

The big difference is most of us only have maybe a 1/2 dozen

delicate 'spots'. You start with one, end with one and all in between .

Me would save it for show and tell... or let your dog chew on it. ;)
