Steve Curtis Posted March 5, 2015 Report Posted March 5, 2015 Bob, Why do some people and you as well not have or can not listen to country music? Where I live it is every where. You can see some on youtube as well. Can you? I don't have a favorite singer, I like all music. I don't hear very well, so when I hear good music I stop and listen to it. Quote

browders Posted March 5, 2015 Report Posted March 5, 2015 I've become a huge Pandora fan. I have no wi fi connection in my shop, and I can stream the Pandora over my cell phone. Then it's either head phones or bluetooth to a remote speaker. Works great and I can get a huge variety of tunes, depending on my moot that day. Jim Riverlady 1 Quote
bobscroll Posted March 5, 2015 Author Report Posted March 5, 2015 Roly, We used to have CMT on SKY quite some years ago, Then for some reason we weren't allowed to? But if you live over there in Europe you can watch CMT, But they don't understand English??? I ask why can't we! Hi Curtis, What I meant was that we don't have a Country music station over here or anything on T.V. to watch that is Country, You Guy's are lucky over the pond. When we did have CMT I used to watch almost every day, Bob Steve Curtis 1 Quote
Steve Curtis Posted March 5, 2015 Report Posted March 5, 2015 Bob, I think I still have a bunch of country music cd's. If you would like, send me your mailing address in the PM and I will mail you some. Steve LarryEA 1 Quote
LarryEA Posted March 5, 2015 Report Posted March 5, 2015 Bob, Country Music is the musical heritage of the Southern Appalachians. Good music, it is. I am watching 'Tennessee Ernie Ford' Not quite Country but excellent music to listen to. A great voice. I am sorry you can't listen to 'Country' as much as we. Thank you for voicing your appreciation. Your Country Friend Larry Quote
LarryEA Posted March 5, 2015 Report Posted March 5, 2015 Oh, Tennessee Ernie Ford sang Country Gospel. One he is best know for is 'The Old Rugged Cross'. Steve Curtis 1 Quote
