stang67 Posted February 3, 2010 Report Posted February 3, 2010 The site looks great. Did you do it all and how hard was it? I am looking into doing one of my own. Any info would help..Thanks Mick Quote
frieke Posted February 3, 2010 Author Report Posted February 3, 2010 Hi Mick, if you go to www.webs.com you can make a website for free. The only thing you have to do is to follow the steps. They are using templates you can choose out. You don't have to know nothing about website making or so. I only used templates or tools they have. When I ever find some time and courage I could change things by writing them myself in HTML or in flash or so, but for the moment I'm happy with it. I'm gonna start a blog and hope that turns out good, never done that before. Quote
Travis Posted February 3, 2010 Report Posted February 3, 2010 If anybody decides to venture into HTML and CSS coding, I've gotten pretty good at it. While I won't be able to code the site for you, I can certainly answer question and help out if you get stuck. If you need help, the Coffee House forum would probably be the best place to ask. Quote
stang67 Posted February 4, 2010 Report Posted February 4, 2010 Thanks I will give it a try. I have a kid working on one for me and if he doesn't work out I will do it my self. We are doing a trade for it. Web page for some of my woodworking projects. Mick Quote
scrollgirl Posted May 9, 2010 Report Posted May 9, 2010 I really like your site. Your artwork is beautiful! Wood burning is something I always wanted to try. I have a (brand-new, unused!) wood burning tool here and seeing your wonderful work has encouraged me to take it out of the packaging and give it a try! Your step-by-step photos are great as it shows us how your finished picture go through its metamorphosis. Thanks for taking the time to make such an inspirational venue for your work! Sincerely, Sheila Quote
frieke Posted May 10, 2010 Author Report Posted May 10, 2010 Hello Sheila, Thanks for the nice comments! I hope you'll enjoy woodburning as well.
