  1. Made this out of 1" Hard Maple material , will paint Burnt Orange and Gloss clear coat the base .Wife made the Pattern for a friend at work and have another order for it too . Comments Welcomed 😀
  2. Been a long time since I've posted or even been on here , life is busy Amen ! Anyway made this Chicago Cubs Plaque for a friend at work for his daughter for a Christmas present this year . Made out of 3/4 " Red Oak , the pattern was one of Steve Good's patterns - but had to be altered because Chicago has two pro Baseball teams . The customer has seem a picture of it cut and in this stage and was pleased , it'll look better with a light stain and several coats of lacquer . Hope you like it too .

  9. DW These letters are at least 1/8' THICK - and the back of them were a pain to dremel them down with it's little sander attachment too . Had to make sure they layed flat with all the metal burned over ....But I'd do it again - I think my son will love it on his wall - for he's a Razorback nut going to every Razorback football game they have even away games . That's his hobby ......thanks for the come backs ......MB
  10. No Kevin - had a friend that had one of those high dollar laser machines cut them out of metal ....it was a pain sanding the back of all of it - just to make it all lay flat and look right . If I was younger I'd have one of those machine too ....But I got a whole truck load of Brazilian Cherry scrapes and that stuff is hard to work with - but Beautiful finished .....MB
  11. Had a friend cut these metal letters and the hog out for me and I finished the Brazillian Cherry board out { Hard to Router too } and routered it and sanded the letters and hog out and painted all and installed the meteal pieces and the hanging chain for me and one for my son ....any comments welcomed
  12. Funny ....
  13. I use a cheap Harbor Frieght Heat gun and use Automotive Laque thinner { buy in a 5-gallon can } cheaper for removing the glue ....
