Dreamcatcher from Randy Hotshot

I was asking Hotshot (Randy) about the prices of his work, etc. and he said he

sometimes likes to give some of his items away and graciously sent this to me!
The dream catcher is from a Half Dollar and I believe the feathers are from pennies.
