amazingkevin Posted May 19, 2016 Report Posted May 19, 2016 the doctors are getting to the bottom of my weight gains. My waist is 61'' inches .you can put a full bushel basket inside my pants with out me in them .That's huge. Some of the weight gain is from siting day and night behind the scroll saw .Lack of any extra movement on my part is another problem.today i got acupuncture for 20 minutes.I go to the hospital for a sleep apnea test soon,One doc wanted to staple my guts smaller. There going to put me on an exercise plan too.More acupuncture coming for 6 month's.I payed up more months at the u-fit gym.I'm trying to get a speed bag platform so i can do that for an hour a day ,i love it.but when i do it at the gym the whole place reverberates from me beating the speed bag hard and fast like rocky.I'm sure lots don't like the noise so I'll do this at the ware house with 4"x4" constructed stand to,hold the platform and bag .This is the only exercise i like love!the warehouse area here is perfect for roller bladeing all smooth concrete and on different angles. And a plus is i won't have to worry about a fishing line across my path like at the park.the bigger the waist line the quicker to the grave. Then i'm scheduled for the kidney doctor.if the put me back together again i'll be scrolling like my younger self in 2004.non stop.I have to get a different urologist as the last ones assistant didn't numb me or lube me so when the doc came in and ramed the microscope up my ding dong i jumped up,in the chair .I'll bet the doc was surprised .his assistant had an attitude since i was there last time ,no sense to take it out on me.Yeah i'm a mess i got like this since 1986 .I weighed 170 pounds back then with a 32" waist and a raw food vegetarian for two years,30 years ago. bobscroll and lawson56 2 Quote
Lucky2 Posted May 19, 2016 Report Posted May 19, 2016 Kevin, it's good that you're keeping an eye on your health. Now, if you could find something to help you lose some weight, you'll be all set. Another thing, maybe you don't get along with your Urologists assistant for whatever reason, but, you can't keep changing Drs. on a whim. How are they supposed to help you, if they don't know you? Your going to have to find a Dr and assistant you can get along with, that way they get to know you and you get better service. Take care, Mon ami. Len Quote

WayneMahler Posted May 19, 2016 Report Posted May 19, 2016 Kevin Glad to see your working hard on getting your health back. Keep up the good work and dedication. Sorry to hear about the Urologist assistant. Attitudes and bad days should not effect their professionalism. Sounds like you have a plan built and that's great to hear. Adding you to my prayers my friend. Keep up the good work. amazingkevin 1 Quote
