grosa Posted September 6, 2016 Report Posted September 6, 2016 (edited) As you guy know I paint crankbaits. When making a vacuum form stencil for painting lures you have to cut a lure in half to vacuum form it. Till now every one was using a Dremel tool to cut it. The only problem was it was melting the plastic and it made for very uneven cuts, so using a #7 Polar scroll saw blade for cutting plastic on a scrollsaw I discovered it made this task much easier and cleaner. The hardest part was getting around the ball bearing wights inside. It worked very well. https://www.facebook..._homepage_panel Edited September 7, 2016 by grosa Quote

Lucky2 Posted September 6, 2016 Report Posted September 6, 2016 All I get when I click on the prompt, is that the video has been removed by the owner. I would find some way of making a jig to hold the crankbaits, something to keep your fingers away from the blade. Len Quote

grosa Posted September 6, 2016 Author Report Posted September 6, 2016 (edited) Next time I cut one I will just cut all the way around it instead of fumbling around with it. Edited September 7, 2016 by grosa Quote
