trailfndr Posted September 18, 2016 Author Report Posted September 18, 2016 The large balloon, does come right off the frame The center is 1/2 inch higher than the outer edge, then drops down 1/4, and then the outer edge drops down to the surface of the piece. so in essence, the center of the balloon, is about 1/2 to 5/8 of an inch above the surface of the frame. This was a tricky one. The balloon had to be right, so I built that before doing anything else. I then cut the frame and attached it to the backing, and built the rest of the piece inside the frame so I could insure a good tight fit. Quote
