That is great news Dan.  What a variety.  How did the bird houses go? Did you sell many?

Marg

Thanks Marg. They sold very well as they always do. I think I sold about half my stock which was about 150.

Pretty nice setup, everything looks good do you mind if I ask what the best sellers were or did everything go around the same?

Jerry

The mini birdhouses were the best sellers followed by Christmad ornaments and puzzles. But everything sold well.

Very nice display and you do have a nice assortment for the people. You mentioned it was drizzly, how did that work out for you???  I only did one outdoor show and it was in the summer. I just do not want to take the chance with bad weather even with tents. I talked to many crafters that had disaster stories. But a fair like that sounds inviting because of the amount of people attending. I saw some crafters behind you with no tent set up. I am guessing the rain was not all that bad or their stuff would have been ruined. Anyway thanks for showing and good job.

It was a light mist, not a constant rain. Once I put up my wall on the back side, I had no problem. I had done this show three years prior and has always been very hot. I saw those dummies behind me without a tent. They were selling jewelry. When the mist got heavy, they had to cover their display with tarps.

What is the cost for the space at the show? and you have a great setup and very fine work for sale thanks for sharing

It's expensive, $175 for an in between space, and $195 for an end space. This was a one day show, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

My next show is in two weeks. It's a two day show and runs $125. It's an indoor show of local crafters and has been running for 36 years. This will be my fourth year.
