jbrowning Posted October 20, 2016 Report Posted October 20, 2016 I have a Porter Cable that I like. I have only used it a couple of times. But it does that job it is suppose to do. I don't have the funds to get a Dewalt. Jim Quote

tonylumps Posted October 21, 2016 Report Posted October 21, 2016 (edited) I could not drop the money for a Dewalt Planer. So after some research i ended up with a Wen.Now they still make two Models 13" and a 12.5".I bought the 13" because it has a 3 Blade cutting head and it is also 15 Amp.The Specs are close to the Dewalt But the Wen does not have all of the Bells and Whistles. As far as snipe ,They all suffer from it.I went on YouTube and watched a few videos on how to Minimize snipe. The Wen works great so far Edited October 21, 2016 by tonylumps Quote
