WayneMahler Posted February 1, 2017 Report Posted February 1, 2017 Danny A couple questions 1) Did it work before ? 2) Did you try to update the drivers ? 3) You can try to go to control panel and unmount it or remove it. Then tell it to find new hardware and see if it recognizes it. It is possible the drive went bad, but would try these to see if any of it helps. Good Luck. Quote

In the Taskbar there is a Yellow Icon named FILE EXPLORER.... Clicking on this brings up EVERYTHING. Then its only a matter of CLICKING on the DVD RW PLAYER. By clicking this the DOOR of the disc player OPENS. Insert a CD close the door and all the tracks etc. will show on the screen. AND THE MUSIC PLAYS. LIVE N LEARN..............No Trouble with the PC. Just Operator Trouble. LOL Danny :+} Fab4 1 Quote
