Travis, Thank You Sir. I only use Inkscape, so I just watched Part 2. Just when I thought my old brain was full, turns out I still learned a few tricks from you.

 

What I found to be frustrating is that there isn't a 10 hour video by anyone titled Inkscape for Dummies. What Inkscape knowledge I have was gleaned in bits and pieces from a LOT of sources. Inkscape "help" isn't much help and seems to have been written for the very earliest version, and never updated.

 

I will try to get down from my soapbox now without falling.

Thanks Travis I am in the learning phase of doing my own patterns and this will help me loads I also purchased a bamboo tell me please do you have it set to gimp in any particular way or not    Frank

Hi Frank that's great that you are learning to make patterns its really fun a good pass time for sure. and a Bamboo tablet will help you a lot. and I don't have mine set for anything it should work in whatever program you got. Hope my video helps you.
