When i cut the lion I did a stack cut and this is the 1st time I tried to paint one,please let me know what you honestly think about it.

I just finished cutting Russ's lion. I still need to stain it and frame it.

My prayers go out to him and I pray he make a full recovery.

I cut out Russ's Tiger using 1/4 Basswood plywood and the frame are reused 2 x 6's

I received my Pegasus thumb screws and replaced them last night. I cut about 60 drill holes and the tip of the blade didn't bend, while using the Bauer screws the blade would band with the 1st time i changed it. The new screws seemed to fix my problem.

So far I happy with the Bauer 22 the only thing I can say negative about it is the thumb screw for the blades bends the tip of the blades. I ordered the Pegasus thumb screws from bearwood and now just waiting for them to come in the mail. I got the extended warranty and they said I could get a new saw or my money back for the next 2 years, no questions ask even if I didn't like the saw anymore.
