Those are easy to.make....I make them from 3 mm BB. I design in Lightburn. Just be careful about the size and remember the kerf makes it slightly smaller. In Light burn you can adjust for the kerf.

Very well done Frank !!!

It is great to hear from you and see your work.

I looked at the Scrollnado and just did not work for me. Several folks here have made very good dust collection systems using PVC and LocLine pieces. They have worked well. The hose from my vacuum just plugs into the PVC.

I am celebrating as I have reached the 5 week point which is the half way point. .Hopefully, at ten weeks I will be able to use my foot a little. I have to mention how grateful I am for my wife doing so much. It is difficult for her.

Thank you all for the responses. I really enjoy reading and seeing projects. I think the screws stay in along with the other hardware I already had. I think I need this tee shirt.

Three weeks ago, I had a five hour surgery on my left foot to reconstruct it due to a condition called Charcot. I am now non weight bearing for a total of 10 weeks on that foot. My shop and scroll saw is downstairs with a dozen steps. There is no way to get there. I am really enjoying the projects all of you are posting especially those with more details about how you made them. I desperately want to get back to.some scrolling. This is so different having to rely on my wife for so much. She has been an Angel. I do get around the house with a knee Scooter. The pain in the foot not too bad but have had to stop anti-inflammatory meds so my other parts are hurting. The forum brings me enjoyment. PLEASE KEEP POSTING YOUR PROJECTS!!!!! I am posting two pictures with one showing my foot with about 13 screws and a plate. So far, I have had a type of sturdy padded wrap but get a cast this week.

My wife finished the first book and enjoyed it.

I dip in Danish oil and then blow off excess. I let them dry completely, rub top and bottom on brown paper bag, a coat of finishing wax and buffing with drill press. The pieces come out silky smooth.
