Help needed

Hi I need some help with making a pattern with some pics I have of my best friends dad as he passed away and wants me to do a portrait for him. I'm stuck on making the pattern. Need one of the guy on his own and need the one of the 2 people. Sorry about the quality as that's all he has of him Please help thanks

Would anyone help me with the picture of the woman and man in it? And in that pic would it be possible to leave the nose pipes out please?

Jonathan, That picture is difficult to work with. I  was unable to get a decent pattern but hopefully one of the other designers will be able to pull it off.
