Can anyone help with a pattern for him ?? Either one of the first 2, I don't know know if the 3rd picture is suitable. Quote

don watson Posted July 25, 2017 Author Report Posted July 25, 2017 Thanks Guys some awesome work there. I will ask my neighbour which he prefers (hope he takes both) @ grampa, I like the portrait style you have created here. Thank you very much. @birchbark, It was the pattern you made me of my grand-daughter's Pug that I was preparing yesterday when my neighbour stopped by. Thanks again. Will get these posted when they are cut. take care Don W Birchbark 1 Quote

meflick Posted July 31, 2017 Report Posted July 31, 2017 Two awesome looking patterns - I would have to have them both if it was my dog - hope your neighbor does too. Look forward to seeing your cut project(s) from them. Quote
don watson Posted July 31, 2017 Author Report Posted July 31, 2017 I have called a halt to cutting for a while. I have been asked to sort out a SIP 16" scroll saw that has a problem. When the blade goes from the bottom of the stroke to the top of the stroke it moves abut 0.040" When the blade moves from the bottom to the top of the stroke it also moves 0.035" Is this for the scrap heap or can it be fixed ?? Any help guys ?? Don W Quote

Don W Don, the only "help" I can provide is to suggest that you start a new thread in the "General Scrolling" category asking for help/insight there as I am not sure how much your questions will be seen by those who can probably help you best buried here in the remote "pattern requests" area.
