Is your saw still under warranty?  What is the problem with it. The reason I ask is, once you take it in, you may not have it for a while so if it's something simple to fix you may be able to do it yourself. There are so many videos on youtube now, you can fix most anything that normally goes haywire. I have a DW788 and the Delta saws of late are mostly a copy of that saw.
