I have thick styrofoam under the can for a cushion.If i'm in a hurry and don't want to bend over as i keep it on the ground i just hold the can upright and turn it on,No idea which way works best but fastened you can walk away and let it do it's thing.This is the first scroll saw i ever used.Had a ball with it for a year.

Yes,i've been on jobs and we needed something so we could get the job done.I always improvized and got the job done and they were amazed.Thanks Wayne for the good vibs!
