Health warning to Scrollers;

'Two Dutch orthopaedic specialists have identified a new, uniquely 21st century, medical condition they’ve called “Gameboy back” – a curvature of the spine afflicting youngsters who spend their days hunched over games consoles and other handheld devices such as smartphones and iPads'.

OK its not us this time, but imagine if this obsession hobby of ours was even a little bit more popular.

We'd have doctors studying us, and making recommendations about out working position, or our working spaces. There would be better designed equipment. The stuff we fill our work benches with might even be a bit cheaper due to the increased buying power of an even bigger village. Travis could retire due to the money he'd command through running this site.

Well sawing very large stuff I have made my back sore for a few days..probably should have just used spiral blades but while sawing large stuff ( I don't do very often ) trying to swing the board around doing cuts and trying to stand on one side or the other of the board / saw etc put me in some stretches I just don't normally do LOL... made me sore for a few days.. Can't imagine trying to cut large items if I had a big belly.. Then I guess only way to do it would be spiral blades..

Took me a long time to get the perfect curve in my back to make it right for scrolling.  Only downside is I am 2" shorter now when I stand up, and I didn't have any height to give away to begin with.

I am more concerned what all the game playing is doing to the youngsters brains...
