hotshot
For the first time in forever, General has updated their website. It has literally been years and prior to this update, it looked like the site had been abandoned. I guess General Lives . . . for now. They better get quality up on their Chinese production lines or it will be short lived. ------Randy OCtoolguy and woodknots 1
OCtoolguy
Thanks Randy. I just went there and was able to download an updated owner's manual for the EX 21 that I just acquired. It seems that there is more info in the newer manual.

I checked the Manual to the stand, as the version I got from Seyco was terrible. The one they have posted now is much better. Marg Marge, you can click on the model of the equipment you have and download the manual. If it is not listed you can click in the high lighted text in the instructions and it will auto go to their email. You may have to scroll down a little to get to the Excaliburs but they are there. http://general.ca/manuals.html Oh, just noticed if you go to the review section on Excaliburs on this site there is a bottom to click to get the manual... Just click on it below! Travis is so nice! Edited June 26, 2018 by Scrappile wombatie and OCtoolguy
rjweb
I thought that they were not making the Excalibur saw any longer, that it was being made in China by some other outfit, RJ OCtoolguy
Scrappile
King is making/selling the 16" and 30" Excalibur branded as the King Scroll Saw. General is making the 21" Excalibur and selling it only. Least that is how I understand it. Then there is the Seyco 21" which is a take off of the Excalibur with some changes. Scrappile
Probably is. It is not made in Canada nor is the King nor the Seyco. I am not sure where they are made anymore. OCtoolguy
