Hello everyone!  I tried but I did not succeed to do scroll saw. I have a “Rexon VS4000A” scroll saw and the gap is very big. The plywood vibrates and breaks into fine parts. What should I do? I used pyrography for this picture, I attach the final result.

Does that red insert come out of your table?  If so take it out, cut a new one that will fit the hole, and drill a small hole in the center of it for the blade to go through.  That will give your wood support and it will not break as easily.  It is called "Zero Clearance" inserts.  Another method is to tap a plastic card over the existing insert, something like an old credit card, put a hole in it for the blade to go through.  This a more temporary way to give support to your work piece.
