Got up at the crack of dawn or before actually.....seasoned pork butt for pulled pork later today.....found this pork butt on sale for $.97lb.......thought I wouldn’t see these this cheap especially this year.....trying a new rub I found too.....applewood for the smoke flavor

That rub is really good. I will dig up a recipe for a home made one that I use a lot and post it soon. How do you like the propane smoker? I have been wanting to try a small one to take camping.

I love my propane smoker.....lots of room in this one.....has thermocouple too to keep temps more steady.....has 4 racks in it. can do 16 whole chickens or 10 racks of ribs it says.....also pretty affordable..... separate door to fill wood chips too (I like that)....this is my 3rd season with it & it cleans up good too, I like that glass door to see in it.......https://www.farmandfleet.com/products/1081305-masterbuilt-mps-340g-thermotemp-xl-propane-smoker.html
