Sheltie ornament

My daughter's mother in law sent a request to make a couple of ornaments. I thought "no big deal" until I looked at what she wanted.  https://woodenteddybear.com/products/tbp1073-sheltie?_pos=1&_sid=93653d586&_ss=r.  Explained that these were 9" diameter and I couldn't easily add names to the pattern.  So..... on the look for a sheltie pattern that I can add the names "Charlie" and "Shadow" to.  Any help would most graciously be accepted.
