I have a customer that is a retired law enforcement officer. His wife and daughter have passed away over the years and he's moving into a smaller home 1st of July, I would like to do some kind of piece for him. Some of you may know of an existing pattern, if so please point me to it. 

If not I would appreciate some help. He sent me some info and a picture of the badge. Maybe something with a badge, and some info under it...? I don't think I could cut the emblem or small stuff in the middle...any ideas? I'm not very good at design.
