Popular Post Dak0ta52 Posted October 4, 2021 Popular Post Report Posted October 4, 2021 I finally finished all the cuts this evening. Didn't count the number of holes needed but I would guestimate it to be... A LOT! It's cut from 1/4 Maple ply and I plan to stain it natural. The backer board will be black. I must say this is the most intricate piece I've ever done but it was a lot of fun. I used Pegas 2/0 spiral for the majority of the piece and a Pegas #1 spiral for about a dozen cuts. I'll do the finishing next weekend. I may be getting a commission piece in the next couple days but if not, I have 3 other Jim Blume pieces I'm wanting to do. Thanks Jim for your fantastic patterns.
