Gonna try to see if I can make one.....template is done......then some careful sanding.....it's 16" wide

Fished sanding the beveled edges & the rest with 400 grit.....it's ready to take flight

OMG!

I got infected with the Boomerang bug many years ago and had a blast with it/them.

If you can get your hands on it - "ALL ABOUT BOOMERANGS" by Lorin Lindley Hawes and John Mauro, Past President, U.S. Boomerang Association.

Was too windy yesterday….today is forecasted really windy also

We used to have fun making them as kids. Some came back, some never.
We went to a Slim Dusty show, quite a few years ago and one of the people on the stage threw boomerangs out over the audience and caught them when they returned. If memory serves, he had three on the go at once.
