I don't know Hegner stuff like I do the Hawks.. But this looks bigger than the 18" more common one I see listed. Up front tension release so assume it's not older than a 2000 ish 

$400 probably not bad for this larger saw.

That does look like a 22".  Quick clamps and upfront tension release, that a huge plus.
