Had enough fresh radishes out of the garden to make a jar of pickled radishes…..will test in a couple days…. Plan on using these on burgers, tacos, salads etc. They keep for 4 months in fridge they say

1 bunch of radishes 
2 slices of jalapeño 
A few red onions 
3 garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds 
A few peppercorns 

Brine
1 cup vinegar 
1 cup water
Tablespoon of salt 
Teaspoon of sugar

24hrs later, I sampled a couple, no heat but very tasty…..pickle consistency, I’m going to add some red pepper flakes to up the heat a little……should be great on a sandwich or burger…..overall I’m pleased
