Wichman Posted October 18, 2024 Report Posted October 18, 2024 WoodChuck here. Judy Gale Roberts recently passed away. She was a very famous Intarsia artist. Her legacy will last forever. Here’s a tribute to her. I hope you find it respectful… JGR Her scroll saw falls silent, It will be used no more. She has left the workshop, And entered Heaven’s Golden Door. A handful of sawdust is tossed into the air, Glistening in the sunlight, a site so rare. Perhaps she can see it as it twinkles down, Covering her Angel wings and satin gown. A woodworkers humble salute and silent prayer, R.I.P. JGR, someday I hope to meet you there. Charles Bowman Jr. Shared with permission. Janis, JackJones, Scrappile and 3 others 6 Quote
