Hawk Posted Tuesday at 02:27 PM Report Posted Tuesday at 02:27 PM Quick story, I made a resin fill cross for my wife who's graduating her Chaplin coures on the 29th. (Pic) I told her I made 2, so she wanted to give the other to the instructor of the class. I told her I was ok with that. She then looked at me and asked " cannyou make 8 more for my classmates?". After some thought I said not the resin fill but I have other patterns, so that gave me about 2 weeks, challenge accepted! I'm still working full time and house stuff to do, but I believe I'll make it! On to clean up, paint the backer, glue the cross on, slap on some poly.....done!(lol) Chris TexasDIY and Scrappile 2 Quote
rjweb Posted Tuesday at 02:50 PM Report Posted Tuesday at 02:50 PM Hawk, that is really nice of you to make them for the whole class, good part is that she doesn't have 40 class mates, excellent job on the crosses, RJ Hawk 1 Quote
Scrappile Posted Tuesday at 03:10 PM Report Posted Tuesday at 03:10 PM Humm. put them on a larger backer with "Class of _ _ _ _ " scrolled on them. Na, beautiful the way they are. Hawk 1 Quote

Hawk Posted 22 hours ago Author Report Posted 22 hours ago One down, 7 to go. I forgot to mention that this is a Sue Mey pattern minus the middle layer. Scrappile 1 Quote
