I'VE A PROJECT WITH UNBREAKABLE PLASTIC.CAN I CUT IT WITH A SPIRAL.iT'S GOING TO BE 2' LONG BY 1" HIGH IN PINK.OF A FAMILY OF DUCKS,WALKING IN A ROW, ALL ONE PIECE FOR YARD ART.WHAT'S THE POSSIBILITYS OF DOING THIS IN 1/4" OR 3/8" OR 1/2"..THIS PROJECT MIGHT PUSH ME TO GET SCROLLING AGAIN.! :)

I think the secret to cutting plastic is to use the correct blade, I am amazed at how many items can easily be cut on a scroll saw. Wood, plastic and metal. If you don't get a reply on the correct blade, post again and I will go and look it up, I know someone will most likely know, at the top of their head. Good luck with this, Kevin  I think you will find it not only possible but also an easy fix. as far as thickness goes, I think if it were me, I would opt for 3/4 Inch. Outside is brutal on materials.
