Good morning all!, And thank you Mr Forester for the nice coffee, The weather here is damp, wet, miserable 

soaking wet   apart from that it's o.k. I guess

Morning all,  Thank you for the coffee Forester.  It is a cold, rainy, miserable day.  The plumber just left after fixing the water pipe I broke yesterday.  Had a gieser in the utility room and by the time I figured out where to shut the water off it was running into my living area................what a mess!!   This is the third time in a week that I have had flooding in my house.....................Dang!  Twice the washing machine overflowed  because the cold water valve didn't shut the water flow off.  Wonder what else is going to go wrong!

 

Ahhhhhhh well it is fixed and the floor (wood) is almost dry however the basement not so much.  The dehumidifier is doing the best it can.  I now have a shutoff valve in the utility room so I can quickly shut the water off if necessary, and to think my day yesterday started out so good...........................
