I totally forgot to post this when finished (almost). The fence hubby made from picket fence posts, same for the birdhouse fronts. The decorations on the BHF I did from wood in my shop. Then hubby requested I cut some large flowers to decorate the fence itself, So here is a couple of those done. I still have several more to cut out but this will give you an idea. Patterns are all from Pinterest. I will be doing a couple of Blue Jays and Cardinals.

Oh Wow, Do those pins stay in forever or come out at some point? That looks really painful. I hope your foot heals quickly and with the least amount of pain.

Hubby and I buy from Temu quite often. We have gotten some great deals. The nice part about Temu is when you buy from them in China you get free shipping/ If you buy Local then it is 2.99 shipping (still a deal). Returns are super easy.................there are none! All you have to do is tell them you are not happy with item and they issure you a refund and you don't need to send item back..............win-win. Also they give you a estimated time the package will arrive. If it does not arrive in that time limit, they *automatically * give you a 5.00 refund. I have not bought any wood yet but think I may give it a try and see what it's like. This company really goes out of its way to please their customers.

Having problems with my new scroll saw, please help
ChelCass replied to Archer's topic in General Scroll Sawing
Also, you can go to Youtube and ask your questions there. I bet there is a video showing how to adjust your saw. -
I use this all the time. You can also get it in a Satan finish, and I believe a semigloss. I use it on the do dads I make for the birdhouses plus I will spray the birdhouses also. It works well on wood, ceramic and I even use it on my cement garden statues.

The riding between the poles is called *Pole Bending*. Kids are amazing. I had a little niece about that age that used to ride my horse in competition. Kids are pretty fearless, of course the horse has to be well trained. Mine would never go over a trot when she was riding him. Great babysitter! Now is the time to get a pattern of her riding her horse.

Steve Good - Scroll Saw Challenge + Remembrance Challenge
ChelCass replied to Travis's topic in General Scroll Sawing
Like many here I have cut a bunch of Steve's patterns. Every Christmas Steve would do Christmas Ornaments and add what name you wanted. A couple of years ago I was teasing Steve and told him that people don't just have cats and dogs as pets. I said I had Chickens and being the Smarty Pants, he was he made me a Chicken (rooster) Christmas Ornament and wouldn't charge me for it. He was just that kind of guy. Oh, how I will miss him. PS> with my vision be as it is I do very little cutting till after my cataract surgery,- 104 replies
