keefie Posted February 2, 2014 Report Posted February 2, 2014 (edited) Hi Roly, we have the sun back here too, but yesterday we had the storm back again, high winds but we missed most of the rain. Added to the wind we had extra high tides and 30foot waves in places, attatched is a picture of what happens when 30foot waves meet solid cliffs lol.It was a sight to see!!!! Dan Posted February 2, 2014 Report Posted February 2, 2014 Well, I'm glad you both got a break from the rain, but you didn't have to send it here. It's been pouring all night and more rain today. It should stop by tomorrow, but then there's a chance of more snow. Oh, well, baseball starts soon, so Spring is on its way. Quote

I can tell you I was perspiring profusely in case I finished up with another ROOF JOB. Must have done a good job, it's still there. Glad to hear you and Roly are getting better weather, although I see from Roly's pictures there's still a lot of water around. Nice pictures Roly. Rob Roy. Rob Roy Posted February 2, 2014 Report Posted February 2, 2014 Hi Roly, you just need a couple of days of hard FROST and you'll have the biggest ice rink you've ever seen. You could even go ICE fishing. You'll need a huge forstner bit to cut the hole. . Rob Roy. Phantom Scroller 1 Quote

wombatie Posted February 3, 2014 Report Posted February 3, 2014 Great photos guys. Glad you have sun for a change. We are having a cool day thankfully only 25C / about 75F at the moment. Hopefully we will get some rain before we head into another scorcher of a week on Wednesday. The rate we are going we are heading for another drought. (hope not). There is certainly no green looking grass like you have Roly. Marg Phantom Scroller 1 Quote
