bobscroll Posted February 10, 2014 Report Posted February 10, 2014 Morning Edward and thanks for the cuppa char and the Bacon sarnie yum yum!, We up here in the northwest of England are doing o.k. as far as the weather is concerned, We've had a lot of rain but it's not bothered us, The sun is out at the moment but later it is supposed to get stormy again. See y'all later, Bob Quote
Rob Roy Posted February 10, 2014 Report Posted February 10, 2014 A bacon roll will go down well this morning Edward. We have no flooding up here on the West coast of Scotland, just rain but really nothing to what you are getting. Our house faces South and a the moment the SUN is streaming through the lounge windows and I've had to turn the radiator off as it's far too warm. No doubt it will be p***ing down in ten minutes. . Have a good and safe day all. Rob Roy, wombatie 1 Quote

LarryEA Posted February 10, 2014 Report Posted February 10, 2014 Forester, Bob (or is that boB) , Rob R., Kevin, Hunter, Good Morning. ( I'm going to say good morn because it's morn here.) Edward, thank you for the offer, but I just had a ham, chedder and apple butter sarnie. Not really but it sounds good. Well, " I'm off to be the wizzard in my shop " Larry Quote
keefie Posted February 10, 2014 Report Posted February 10, 2014 thanks Edward, tea and a bacon buttie sounds great. We have had sun all day (but quite cold) now the promised rain and wind are back with a vengance. (I'll send them up to Rob in Scotland, as he likes to fix roofs in this weather!!!) Rob Roy 1 Quote
Phantom Scroller Posted February 10, 2014 Report Posted February 10, 2014 OK FORESTER, I'll have a tea while I sit in this boat I couldn't even get through Tewkesbury today and if the Leadon floods that's me done. Somebody tell him up there to stop the rain. Roly Quote
Nick@tinkers-cove Posted February 10, 2014 Report Posted February 10, 2014 De-caf for me thanks, Edward. (Bacons out - I'm vegan). We've been looking on in horror over the past few months. Being on the East Coast, we've hardly seen a frost let alone flooding (or snow further North). We seem to have missed Winter all together, which is unusual for us. I'm sure that the good old government and the Environment Agency will help (when hell freezes over...which is possible if left to them). I really hope things come good for all in our South West.
