amazingkevin Posted March 24, 2014 Report Posted March 24, 2014 (edited) Ok ,coffee and diet tea on me today,lol Since january 1st.i lost 38 pounds.Has anyone found it?All i eat is vegetables an a little fruit with no exercise.Trying to go down to 170 but will compremize an take 220.i was 308 the first of the year.i made two resolutions but keep one.lose the weight and exercise.I eat all i want and am not hungry.It's basically a one meal deal ,a whole skillet full of what ever vegetables an lots of differant seasonings.Mostly hot spicey stuff Edited March 24, 2014 by amazingkevin keefie 1 Quote
Bendita Posted March 24, 2014 Report Posted March 24, 2014 Hey Kevin do you have some fresh Ginger I love Ginger tea its really good for blood pressure weight loss and general health have you tried some? just a few slices of fresh ginger in boiling water and a couple of drops of honey. Also on your stir fries use lots of Turmeric again great for weight loss taste a bit like curry. Now it too is going in everything I make ,tea too.I'll have to try some times also.It's one of the ingredients in vindaloo sauce from india i love.Boy does it make you perspire.
