bandaideman Posted April 6, 2014 Report Posted April 6, 2014 Ron congratuations, That is wonderful. How big are they? Is everyone settling in OK? Looks like they will have great support from the family. Sorry I am a Pediatric Nurse so think a little different. Might mention to the parents they may be able to get a little discount on big items like beds, car seats as they grow. Kind of Have a conversaiton with the salesmen. I have to buy two of these how about a discount if they say no you can always head for the door and see if they change their mind, Also they probably have been told there is an organization Mother's of twins may help with sanity. amazingkevin 1 Quote
amazingkevin Posted April 7, 2014 Report Posted April 7, 2014 The fun starts with calling each one by the right name and it won't be long before they April fool you to thinking your calling the right one.And how will you remember which one got in your shop like a tornado.double trouble is in the picture.Only the mom knows which is which. Now do you know the difference between a baby and a soldier / the soldier loads his gun and the baby loads his pants  Lucky you Quote
wombatie Posted April 7, 2014 Report Posted April 7, 2014 Twins, how fantastic. Congratulations Ron to you and your family. Bet you can't wait for the terrible two's x two.  Enjoy every second of them. Marg Quote
joleet Posted April 7, 2014 Author Report Posted April 7, 2014 Thanks for the congrats. They live 125 miles away, so sounds like our vehicles will wear out twice as fast. Dan, they weighed 4 lbs. 14.5 oz. and 4 lbs. 13.8 oz.. Thanks for the info, I'll pass it on. They have lots of relatives and a huge church family giving them support. The boys are doing great and mommy is bouncing back fast. 2 times EVERYTHING sure seems overwhelming, but they are strong and I'm sure they will handle it well. Quote
