Coffee is hot and kettle is whistling.

Don't know how successful my Dr's visit was as he said my problem wasn't a drop in blood pressure and would see me in a year.  Still don't know why I am so light headed.  Have fallen once and come close several times.  He did lower one of my meds so maybe that will help.

Kepy, I got me a cup of coffee. Thank you.

Do you check your own blood pressure?

Blood pressure changes constantly.

Might be worth checking yours when you get light headed.

At least once a day so you know what your norm is.

A prayer for your health

Thanks for the coffee Bob, Just what I needed. Sorry to hear they haven't sorted out your problems. Hope the medics come up with something soon. Will keep you in our prayers, take care.

When you have had a stumble go straight to the doctors if you don't have a blood pressure monitor and the Doc can check it for you.  Please take care.

Went shopping to day at a shopping center about 45mins drive from home.  When we got there the fire alarm was going off but people were still walking around and shop assistants still in the shops.  I asked at one of the kiosks what was happening and she said that the alarm had gone off but no one had said that there was a problem.  Anyway off we went to the food court to a little cafe tucked away in the corner to have lunch.  We sat down and watched some security guys go past the window and around the back of the shops then some firemen came past, then some more firemen wearing breathing gear.  The girl came to take our order and told us a fire had started in a rubbish bin.  So we ordered our meal and sat there and watched as more security and more firemen went past. About 5mins later we were evacuated and when we stood up we could smell the smoke. Now please remember we had been in the center about 15 - 20mins at this stage and heaven knows how long the fire alarm had been going off before this.  So I'm glad it wasn't an emergency.:?  One couple took there food with them, they were not going to miss out.  The cafe was closed for 2 hours but work resumed for the other food places after about an hour.  Another exciting day for Marg and Terry.
