  1. Thank you Travis for all you do. I have begun learning how to use Inkscape and find your videos extremely helpful. One thing I would like to know though is, How do I put additional fonts into Inkscape. For example, you used Birds of Paradise in one of your videos and although I have the font loaded on my computer, and it comes up on other programs, I just can't figure out how to get access while in Inkscape. Any suggestions would surely be appreciated.

      Hi Jim.  First close down Inkscape and relaunch.  Then it should see all of the fonts.

      If that doesn't work, right-click on the font you want to install and choose "Install for All Users" and see if that does the trick.

      Thanks Travis. Will give those a try. Crossing my fingers....I hate being so computer illiterate, but old dogs can learn new tricks.
