    A little over a week ago I mentioned that the blower was vibrating alot on my new Delta. After thinking about it I took it to the repair shop and they said yes that is wrong and they would fix it no charge. Got it back a couple of days ago but haven't had a chance to play with till now. The good news is that the saw just purrs and there is hardly any vibration. The bad news is that the tension level does not work now. No matter how high I pull the lever there is no tension on the blade. I can't take the saw back to the repair shop until Wednesday which means at least 2 more weeks not cutting. Oh well at least my other projects are getting done. Will keep you posted on how this all turns out.

    I just got the new Delta 40-690 saw, love it. However I am having trouble with the blower hose. It vibrates so bad that it ends up laying on the wood. Is there a way to tighten it up or is there some other fix? I have made sure the all the screws/bolts are tight. I am out of ideas. Any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks
