Hello again, I have another Embarrassing question. We are setting up my workshop as I type this, but I just had to stop and ask you guys a question that is driving me crazy. My son was looking through some of the books I have bought and has already picked his first project.....hmmm, so much for MY workshop, any way, part of the pattern he has selected needs to be enlarged 200%. Guess I've gone bonkers cause for the life of me I can't think of how that's done. See, my first project is pretty much basic...simple but, he's young (21) more daring than me. Hope ya can help. You all were sooo helpful on "Where's the Wood" Hopefully I'll be posting a pic of my first finished piece soon.

Look out all!!! Newbie in the house!!! I have been talking about having my own workshop for YEARS! Just a dream I thought. Well, low and behold, imagine my shock Christmas Day when I opened a gift from my daughter....a Craftsman 16" Scroll Saw! (she warned me that her gift to me was kinda out of left field, I hadn't requested it, though she just knew it was time I had one) See, I was ordering desired cut pieces from an Ebayer in California. (Connecticut here) And with my youngest son (22 on Feb. 12th) moving into his own apartment Feb. 1st....ahhh, an empty room! (Workshop found!!) But my dream was to cut, finish and sell my wares in my own "Store Front" on Ebay. (Looks like that "Store Front" is a whole lot closer to reality now) Course as of today, January 13th, 2009, the scroll saw is still in the box, BUT since Christmas I've been online researching everyday and OH BOY am I HOOKED! I wanna learn it ALL! I was truly pleased to find this site! This is the first time I've ever posted in a Forum although it feels comortable to chat with you all. I'm warning ya though, I have MANY questions!! Although I think I'm in the right place. Keep On Scrolling!! Marty
