  6. I got 2 more wine boxes order. Work done today, this time in white and gold and rounded top side
  7. It is not too much difficult, just make sure not putting high speed in the scrollsaw and let the blade get the work done, don't push to much, this will avoid getting the blade burned.
  8. Hi, lot of dust collected, hopefully some money is collected as well. MDF is a little bit complicated for finishing. After several intents the best way I found based on products available in local market is quite simple. First to all I prepare a kind of ........ Sorry I don't recall the name of the product, LOL ( gloss.), but I get 1 part of white glue and 1 part of water, get both mixed and apply it softly into the mdf, make sure the firs coat is gently applied in order to avoid damage in the face of the MDF. Get it dryer and repit, some sanding and it will be ready for paint. After painted, aply one more coat of the proper es gloss and you got it. That's my way

  15. Hi Berry, I have a clamp to join the corner, that one that uses a belt with corner tan can be adjusted depends on the piece size, highly recommended for clamping squared pieces. Bottoms are in MDF as well
  16. You a are right, they use it to prepare gifts, adding globes, peanuts, and other decoys, customer has a store in the mall to sell it
