  1. I stacked two 1/4" oak ply together to cut out a train portrait, got 1/2 way done in the cutting and felt something different while cutting, just sounded hollow, check it out and a 1/4" gap in it.Kinda think it is ruined, so I will save some sawdust and mix some glue with it and see if it works. The wood seemed solid when I checked it out before I started. Has anyone else ran into this problem. edward

  14. Most of my shows I'am the only woodworker there. sometimes I'am lucky to make the table money, people in thia area aren't buying, mostly walk on bys. edward
  15. I have always priced my work, so people can see the price, if they want it they will buy it, if not they will walk away. There was an article in a woodworking magazine I seen on time and they said your work should be marked clear. Can take it for whatever its worth, only my opinion. edward
  16. Did my last spring craft show on Saturday, and it wasn't very good, attendance was very light, had a hard time making table money. Here are a couple pictures of my setup. Comments welcome. edward

  18. On IE pictures dont show up in the catagories, I went on the Wifes computer which she has Mozilla and all the pictures show up, looks like I'll have to change Just my two cents. edward
  19. Actually it wasn't to bad to cut,, stacked cut and use a FD #1 blade. Although the pattern called for 1/2", I thought it would be easier to do it this way. Edward

  21. I also go whichever way is easiest, pending on what cut I make. Edward
  22. I sell a lot of crosses, car portraits, key holders, puzzles, clocks. To be honest spring shows are not worth it, I do better in the fall. I keep away from flea markets, because people want cheap items. I done two shows this year and really wasn't worth it, but I like the people to see what I have to offer. I know people that make a lot of outdoor items, and they seem to do very good with them like seasonal items. Edward
  23. Here is a 54 Suburban that I finished, pattern is Karl Taylor. Thanks for looking. Edward
