  2. Thanks everyone. Right now I'm working on the last supper again. I had a couple of requests for it. Don't know if I will cut it anymore its kind of nerve wracking but I'm a sucker for a challenge LOL JD
  3. I updated my album. You can veiw it by clicking on the link in my sigiture. Some of them I can't find a pattern makers name on the pattern If its one of yours please let me know JD
  4. That looks fantastic. Thanks for letting us see it JD
  5. I found some old file card drawers that will work great to organize some of the smaller things. Still thinking about the shelves. Wish the factory where I used to work was still open. We had sheets of teflon and they made great benchtop covers. JD
  6. Watch for old buildings being torn down some of the wood from them is fantastic. The main problem is the contractor tearing them down doesn't have time to be gentle with the wood. They use trachoes and bulldozers. I got lucky last year when they tore down an old stable near me found some boards 16 in wide and one beam that was 16x16 slavage a 10 foot section of it. Now I'm looking for some one with a bandsaw big enough to to cut it into planks. This barn was shipped from out west somewhere and assembled in Ohio in the 1850s. It was all ponderosa pine. JD
  7. At the moment I use an old card table that I put a piece of good ply wood on top to have a flat surface. Made it extra large so I could mount a mini vise and the hanger for my dremel so I can use the flex shaft. all I need now is some drawers and maybe and shelf mountd under to keep misc. supplies on. I'm just an old hillbilly and never went for anything fancy. JD
  8. I have also seen aquerium air pumps used. They are a little noisier though JD
  9. Thanks Travis and Clayton. Haven't been able to be here because of major computer problems. Hopefully I will get them straightened out soon. In the mean time I am using a borrowed computer and it is old (meaning sloooow). I will continue to check in as often as possible JD PS As soon as I get my computer up and running I will post some of my works
