This is my little bolt hole, its only 13ft by 8ft I have boarded up the roof joist and put in a large trap door I use it for wood storage Its mostly made from kitchen cabinets and worktops, the largest tool is the bandsaw that i use to resaw my wood, I also plumbed in some 2" waist pipe along both sides with outlets for dust collection its attached to a shop vac and works a treat.........Paul

  19. If the peices are not to large I use Highlighter pens, the grain still shows through and can be sealed.......Paul

There is not a lot you can do really, what I do is where you put the entry hole incorperate a teadrop in to the pattern just wide enough to hide the hole, if its not possible try making a toothpick out of the wood material your cutting and push it into the entry hole the sand off, but you have to remember you know where it is and you will keep seeing it someone else looks at it they will not notice it.........Paul

Hi Carmel, I think the best way is to watch someone, so if you go on youtube and type in "how to use a scroll saw" you should get plenty of video's to start you off, infact if you look for STEVE GOOD he has a lot for the novice, just to get you going get your self some masking tape (low tack) and some peel off lables, print your pattern on the lable then wrap the wood in a layer of tape then stick your pattern lable on it and away you go.... Here are some to try just to get you used to moving the wood around, Let the saw do the work don't push the wood to hard and try different speeds..........good luck. Paul
