Hang in there, I just recently passed the six month mile stone. I also felt like I felt worse since I quit smoking, however, it does get better. I still have cravings once in a while but just get busy with something to get my mind off of it. As far a the weight thing I haven't had a problem with it yet. Try writing down what you eat each time you eat something and after a while you get tired of writing down stuff and just don't eat it. It will also surprise you what you actually do eat. Keep up the good work and hang in there you can do it.
