    Thanks,Dave .Funny you should say that. I regreased every bearing on my lastest Dewa;t and 2 weeks later it started squealing like a never greased bearing. Guess what it was? I moved one of my lights on the machine and the metal funnel part of the light was rubbing on the scroll saw lifter and squeeling up a storm.That noise really frosted me as I took the dw apart 3 times in one day to find all the problems and did not want to go into it again for a long time(years)

    trial and error Roly. I finally tried a razor blade corner and that works great for 1-2-3 or 4 of them but a whole string of them is a problem especially if they stick to each other, bad news! Thanks friend across the pond!

    Yes ,Absolutely! But it cost me to find out .Now they all want one so i need to find a different store to shop in as i gave the others away and can't start charging now .I don't regret it but they are taking away my leisure time.Thank you rjweb!
