    I do 3 smoothys a day,all the fruit and nuts are frozen so i get a cold drink that i like,sleep when i feel the need ,i'm trying to survive and have a god time at the same time! Thanks daveww1

    The butterflys are stickers and i cut them out separate,I don't know why as that's double the work.I like to do my work all in one piece.
