I used to use a lot of drawer sides but finding quality ones that aren't too fragile stopped me from using them.You did a good job here.

Nice work i should follow, in your shoes.I have 3 fans custom fit on plywood to fit in the door frame on one end of the shop and one fan mid way the 25' shop and one at the other end of the shop to funnel dust out the warehouse.After a days work i get the blower and blow the heavy stuff down to the 3 fans .

I never bought new wood i have an abundant supply of ply thick and thin from cabinet shops. -
