Maybe you could add a sponge spray glued to the sander base and then bigger paper to go around it .i have self sticking sander base like Velcro.i just leave a Velcro piece of sand paper on spray glue what ever i like to it and don''t have to buy expensive sand paper from here on out.the sponge should work out great for you

Dave are all of your project inlays?This one would be the absolute worst for breakage.All of your projects are more than top of the line .

Yeah that ol upper clamp get much more action than the bottom one. Hope you had a back up saw while your waiting Just to keep the rust dust off while you anticipate the mail person.Surprise them with cookies and milk,lol

These are superficially attractive.i found out that clocks are set at 10:10 for some reason from the factory.Ya done good here.Amazingly that you did 7 of them all in white oak. Looks like you had the time to do them alright.nice job!

question about dust bellows hose problem

It appears that your bellows for a Hitachi Hitachi CW40 Parts List and Diagram : eReplacementParts.com is no longer available.Maybe you could attach an aquarium air pump to your nozzle and be up and running now.Walmart has them. -
